El lugar está en pésimas condiciones,necesita mantenimiento urgente,los cuartos sucios,hay mosquitos dentro de las habitaciones y agujeros en el techo de las cabañas. Nos fuimos a la playa temprano y solicitamos shampoo y acondicionador y una persona de nombre "Antonio"dijo que se lo encargaría a la persona que limpia para que los subiera al cuarto pero termino entregandonos 2 sobres pequeños de puro shampoo en la playa, un poco extraño. Al volver a nuestra habitación nos percatamos que nuestras carteras estaban abiertas y nos hacía falta dinero. Hablamos con la encargada para informarle y dijo que nadie tenía acceso más que un sólo trabajador, "Antonio" y que él se encargaba dela limpieza, el bar, la comida yque no creia el lo hiciera.Le dije que creíamos que se metió a nuestra habitación a dejar el shampoo y al ver nuestras carteras tomó el dinero.Que si era posible hablar con él para que lo devolviera y dijo que vendría al día siguiente y que yo hablara con él, que ella no se haría responsable que hubiera dejado todo en recepción pero adivinen quien esta a cargo de la recepcion, pues Antonio. Entendería si tiene un staff muy grande pero si es una sola persona y la única llave la tenía yo y la otra él, es más que obvio quién tomo el dinero. Al día siguiente hablamos con él y negó todo.Supuestamente había cámaras en el área dónde tiene las llaves y dijo que no servían,nos fuimos ese día del hotel porque nunca nos pudieron dar una solución.No se queden en este lugar TE ROBAN!

budget hotel by the beach

If you looking for a budget and not picky! This is the perfect spot its literally by the beach and a nice view lots of hut and trees. Costumer service is great it just need more cleaning in the room as it old and lil dirty

Perfect for a budget friendly stay in Puerto Morelos. The staff was nice. They helped us get a affordable cab ride back to the airport for 400 pesos. I enjoyed walking the beach. The rooms are very basic. I would recommend it if you're trying to relax beach front at an affordable price. And I would recommend you walk the beach toward the center of Puerto Morelos. It's about 30 mins walk in beautiful weather.

Cerca de grandes resorts es un lugar economico y bueno para quien no necesita todo incluido y pagar de mas. Pocas cabañas, algunas rusticas y sin embargo el lugar y la playa lo compensan, el amanecer espectacular, lo mismo pagando 1000 dolares que 100.

Very nice place if you are okay with the non fancy stuff, but the people working there are awesome. Soo close to the beach, very laid back and it was nice that all you hear is the ocean.

Belle endroit pour terminer notre séjour tout près de la plage. Les installations sont vieillissantes mais si.vous ne chercher pas de luxe, cet endroit calme est agréable. Par contre, la description sur hôtels.com n'est pas tout a fait respecter comme pas de bouteille d'eau, ventilateur de sol, pas de.douche dans chambre.

Puerto morelos is a beautiful village

Great spot on the beach. Not an all inclusive resort which suited us just fine. Many activities near by and a long beach walk into town was great. Easy cab ride too.

A quaint tiny beach front getaway

We booked a room for 4 for our last night in Mexico. It had a great beach access situated in between 2 large resorts. There was a small bar that served a good breakfast and snacks and lots of lounge chairs and shade. It was a little run down but the room was clean and managed to work for the 4 of us. We had a blast, after a nice dinner in peorto Morales, sitting on the beach and goofing around. The bed didn't seem that comfy but everyone slept well. It was more than I expected for the money, and it was nice to support a local family. Definitely would go back.

Nettes Hotel in Ruhelage

Trotz später Ankunft, schnelles Check-in und angenehmer Aufenthalt, da man vor allem die wenigen anderen Hotelgäste kaum bemerkt. Ordentlicher Zustand der Anlage, aber durchaus preislich relativ hoch angesiedelt für das Angebot. Strand sehr schön und ruhig trotz großer Nachbarhotels.
