"Goof"

"Nice hotel with spacious and clean rooms. Very close to OLG theatre, restaurants, Fallsview Casino and the falls. Parking off site is also very close to the hotel. The only issue we had was very loud drilling above our 7th floor room that started at 7:30 am in the morning. "

"Rooms are spacious. Fallsview rooms have a great view. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Ideal location - easy walk to all of the attractions on Clifton Hill & attached to the Casino. Parking is expensive $50/night!"

"We stayed the same weekend as a hockey tournament was happening. It was very busy and the pool was packed and over chlorinated which of course makes sense with the number of kids at the hotel. Being there without kids, it would’ve been nice to have been offered something like breakfast or an app at the restaurant because it wasn’t our ideal situation."

"everything was good, Had a issue with the TV, was not able to connect with phone other than that everything was good."

"Enjoyed staying this hotel the service was excellent and the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The hotel amenities were excellent but keep in mind this is a very family friendly resort that caters to children sporting events. Can get a bit noisy and the pool/hottub was full of children at all hours during our stay."

"Breakfast items were a bit sparse. Omelettes were a bit rubbery. Lack in assortment of breakfast baked goods. Coffee was excellent. "

"Breakfast is buffet style, keys to room are electronic pad locks. Tv is not a smart tv- no streaming services/platform access. Staff were incredibly kind and facility clean."
