"Clearly impressed with this hotel!! Booked for my parents, this was the first hotel on their long drive from Seattle to Dallas.. it set the tone quite high.. other hotels that were booked disappointed them.. will be looking out for Hyatt brand from now on."
"Of all the hotels stays we have experienced over the years this certainly ranked as one of, if not the worst, we have had. Recognizing that most of the hotels that we use in the area were full we decided to try this one. From the very beginning this was a bad choice. When we arrived the room was not ready, even though it had been confirmed for check-in. While waiting we noticed the room appeared to be a handicapped/assisted equipped room. I requested a change but was told they were completely booked for the weekend. One item we quickly noticed was that the bed was basically sitting about 4" above the floor to make it wheelchair accessible, which meant that for us it meant trying to get into and out of a bed that sat on the floor. We then noticed that the blinds on the window were controlled remotely, but the control did not work to raise and lower the blinds (that was done by grabbing the bottom of the blind to push or pull to them up and down.. something that seemed at odds with the needs of someone who is handicapped). The remote only controlled opening and closing the blinds once they were down. That would have been fine if they worked, which they didn't, which left the blinds partially open all the time. We informed the staff of the problem and we're told they would get them repared. When we checked out four days later, they still were not working (after multiple repair requests). Additionally, there are other instances of limited amenities but I'm out of space"
"Their AC systems seem to freeze up quickly and stopl working. We have to change room and luckily the new room had 2 AC units which helped evetually cool the room down. The issue is the windows don't open so if the AC doesnt work you are stuck trying to sleep in the heat."
