We only had one event with the dog barking next door. I did like the size of the tv but the channel selection was pathetic. We could not get a single extra towel unless we brought one down to exchange, and I could go on and on, not to mention only a single elevator and the lack of help the over work clerk could have used. The one thing that bothers me the most is having to wait so long for a room, having to journey around the building several times to bring our possessions and our travel agency says mgmt will not communicate with them.
