"Beds are terribly soft. Only ideal for back sleepers and possibly even too soft for that. No continuous fan on the air conditioner. Air clicked on and off all night, disturbing our already meager sleep. Entry door unreasonably loud. Spouse left early in the morning for breakfast and woke everyone when attempting to leave quietly. Plastic cutlery in the kitchen\breakfast area. Extremely wasteful and not environmentally friendly. Friendly staff and the hotel was clean. A hotel is supposed to be...

"The front desk staff are super friendly and efficient. The housekeeping staff are super accommodating and extremely professional. The breakfast is outstanding as well. My only complaint is that they are not pet friendly. Other than that, 12/10 👏"

"The room's sheets were not washed, bed was very poorly made, floor was still dirty. The back parking had garbage smell all over grounds, i got out and my shoes stuck to the ground. Disgusting. Additionally, there were black dots everywhere on bed sheets - not sure if bugs or what. I went home, stripped down and put everything in bags just in case. Very unimpressed."

"The breakfast was great. I liked the fact that it catered for everyone and there was a variety from which to choose. I was just disappointed in the fact that they did not allow guests to take their breakfast to their room. My kids are late sleepers during the vacation so they missed breakfast on two occasions. The room attendants were awesome. They were patient and very kind. They brought clean fresh towels every day and always had a smile on their face. Every interaction with them was a treat."
