With one exception for a front desk clerk who replied to my recommendation that upon check in they could mention you have to request daily service said “well I’m advising you now” All other staff has been pleasant and rooms are clean and comfortable. "The room wasn’t clean or well supplied.The bed was the worst I’ve ever slept in.The door was broken and appeared to have been broken into many times. Lock didn’t work going into our room so needed help and we couldnt get out of our room when it was time to go. We wiggled and pulled on the door till it finally popped open. We couldn’t wait to leave!"
