"We’ve always liked this place and the staff used to be really nice. But we were very insulted this time around because all we did was go walk to In-N-Out come back to the hotel and walk back to Dennys to get the brownie dessert and the next day we were told that we were DNR for having too much traffic in our room. We are not locals. We live three hours away and this is where we thought was a nice place to stay when visiting family. We ignored them multiple roaches and cigarette burns cause we thought the staff was nice and the location was convenient. But we’re not drug dealers or sex workers. I was a single mom with two kids. I don’t appreciate being accused of traffic. I should be able to walk to two restaurants without being judged like that.l the first room had roaches and we moved to the second room and it also had roaches as soon as we turn the lights on the scatter we were going to overlook that, but when we get accused, here is a picture of the TV glitching up and be staying frozen for five minutes. And the AC nearly falling off its hinges. Most of the people live there so they have a lot of nerve accusing us about traffic. The manager needs a hospitality as well as a makeup lesson."

"I really enjoy how spread out the property is. It does not feel like a hotel. You are truly on a getaway. The Mountain View’s are beautiful and you are far removed from the day to day hustle and bustle. Adult pool was great! Good food offerings and full bar. Two pools and lots of lounges and cabanas. I used the fitness center and it has a good selection of equipment. Loved the food at Adobe and the bar staff was great! I will be back."

"The night we arrived, we sat down on the couch and the chair in our room to play some cards before bed. Within 10 minutes we felt like we were getting bit by something. Within an hour, my hand was fully swelled up. At first, I didn’t make a big deal of it, but by the next day, it was very painful. So we reported it to the front desk and they filed a report. Now they are switching our room and going to have a company come in and check for some type of bugs. Hopefully they check for bedbugs because I cannot see any bugs but these bites on my hand are so painful. I believe I’m having an allergic reaction to it. We have not used the living room since that day and have been sitting at the dining table most of the time when we have been inside.. not a very great experience."

Aqua Soleil Hotel & Mineral Water Spa

"Upon arriving in our room, we noticed a strong odor that smelled like toilet or drain water. At first, we assumed it might be because there were no windows, so we left the fan running while we went out. However, when we returned several hours later, the smell had become much worse and had spread throughout the entire room, resembling old drain water. As a result, we had to be moved to another room, causing us to miss our lunch reservation. Unfortunately, the issues continued in the second room. The Wi-Fi did not work at all, and neither did the DVD player. When we contacted the front desk, we were informed that the TV was not connected. It felt like one problem after another. We were unable to fully enjoy our stay due to the lack of functioning amenities. On top of the Wi-Fi issues, we had to call maintenance during our stay to repair the DVD player near the pool area, which further interrupted our experience. Overall, our stay was disappointing due to the multiple room and amenity issues we encountered."

"The whole facility was very well taken care of. Every staff member we interacted with was very polite, respectful and helpful. We ate at the restaurant, drank at the bar, and ate breakfast at the cafe. Everything was delicious and affordable."

"It's not a fancy place but its clean and the pool is amazing. Great gift shop and resteraunt too!!"

Palm Mountain Resort and Spa

"Staff was excellent especially Areli Charmaine Chris and Edgar. Rooms were a bit on the small side and beds seemed more like a double than a queen. Overall the stay was great! I would stay here again"
