Overall, the hotel is pleasant with a great pool and water slide. One area for improvement is the check-in process. We had to wait an additional 10 minutes or so because our room wasn't prepared yet.

It was a really good experience, nice and convenient. The room was clean and very good for the price, felt right at home. Staff was also very kind and helpful. Will definitely be my go-to for next time I’m in Calgary.
