The staff was exceptional, always attentive, caring and professional. We were able to leave a large bag behind for our excursions. The breakfast was excellent, with several options and eggs prepared as requested. It is a small hotel oasis in Palermo. The outdoor pool and lounge area is as the pictures show. Palermo is wonderful - full of cafe's, excellent restaurants and shopping. We will miss the wonderful, proud people of Argentina and we miss the friendships we made with the wonderful staff. "
