Meio decepcionante na solução de problemas no apto

Razoável. Prometem cozinha equipada mas forno de micro-ondas não funciona. Televisores fora do ar, sem sinal. Ao ligar para recepção informaram manutenção. Após 22:00 não voltou. Nem sequer perguntaram qual apto. para enviar técnico dia seguinte. Outros hóspedes com mesmo problema. Dias antes do check in mandei mensagem no chat para saber sobre roupa de cama não responderam. Algumas coisas decepcionaram.

Imóvel ruim e parque aquático razoável

Reservei esta tipo de quarto porque na descrição dizia que tinha cozinha completa com utensílios, mas foi a maior decepção porque não condizia com o anúncio, tinha apenas 1 panela toda amassada e sem cabos, isso mesmo, somente 1 panela amassada e sem cabos para cozinhar, liguei e depois de reclamar trouxeram uma outra panela. O vaso com problema na descarga, tinha que ficar abrindo a tampa e apertando a válvula para encher a caixa, as luzes da sala com mal contato e ficava piscando e apagando sozinha, o colchão de desfazendo de tão velho. Teve um dia que choveu e entrou água pela janela do quarto que molhou tudo, a janela danificada. Tinha um filtro de água que estava tão saturado que sequer saia água. Imóvel abandonado pelo proprietário e sem os reparos necessários. A limpeza é boa e o parque aquático também, apesar de no final de semana ficar muito lotado e as piscinas com muita sujeira e algumas com cheiro de urina.

Quarto bem limitado! Falta talheres, panelas, sanduicheira não estava funcionando... itens de cozinha faltando e velhos! Porta do banheiro está estufada... não fecha! TV sumia os canais a todo momento... muito triste no geral a estadia!

Acomodação razoavel

Apto precisando trocar alguns móveis e passar por manutenção, começando pela por do banheiro que não fecha, sofá cama precisando ser trocado, tampa do microondas solta, sanduícheira queimada, controle de uma das televisões não funciona e controle do ar-condicionado parou de funcionar no primeiro dia, sem conta a cortina do quarto que está toda furada e a parede descascando por conta do morfo. O que salva mesmo é o clube.
