"Very nice staying. The view from the room at first floor is not so good, but comfortable. "

"The property location was great and the room and breakfast were good. The only issues were that the air conditioning wasn’t working throughout the hotel and we weren’t made aware of this. It was only when we got to the room and tried it that we found this out. We were given a fan to use but the room was very hot. Also, the pool wasn’t operational but again we weren’t made aware of that."

"We had room in the new section of hotel and were very clean and nice. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel location is great being next to the train up to Zermatt. We would gladly stay here again. "

"Great location. Breakfast was good. We had a ln early departure on the last day and they were able to provide a boxed breakfast for us. Parking is limited. We paid for the hotel parking garage, but you need a smaller car to fit in the tight spaces. Street parking is also available and the hotel staff can explain all of your options. Staff also made good recommendations for dining and for things to do in the area. Would stay here again. "
