"Great hotel, not quite 5 star compared to the Caribbean, Greece or Turkey. Welcome - No welcome drink, but we did get our room earlier than check in which we were grateful of. "The only thing going for that property is the staff from reception to bar to waiters, everybody is amazing so loving so happy performing their jobs with a full heart But the rooms are from the 17th century, and the Bed broke my back there are no Bed Sheets and no pillows no blankets. "This hotel was nice. The only issue I encountered was the food variety. After hours, they only serve burgers, hotdogs, and basically unhealthy food. The lobby bar staff was phenomenal. They protected my daughter from an older potential predator. They were friendly and very professional."
