"The check in process was smooth, the attendant was very attentive anr kind. However, The property needs some work, the jacuzzi doesnt have hot water as a jacuzzi should, temperature was cold. There are no towels around the jacuzzi unless you request them at the lobby prior to using the jacuzzi. The towels in the rooms had hairs in them, and some stains. The rooms get cleaned daily but only to take trash out, housekeeping doesnt broom. The hotel needs better attention to cleaning details. The hot water in the room runs out after the second person showers so if you got more than two ppl and like hotwater then you need to wait an hour for hot water again in the shower. Didnt get to use the pool bar as it was closed when I was at the pool."

"The hotel is lovely and the staff are great. The problem was it’s advertised as The Corso Hotel & Spa - when there is no spa. It is being renovated and we were not told it’s closed for now. This was a significant reason why we booked the hotel. "
