"We paid the required security deposit before arriving, exactly as instructed by the hotel. However, when we checked in, the concierge insisted that we pay a second security deposit. He appeared unfamiliar with the hotel’s own procedures and was unable to explain why an additional deposit was required. We only agreed to pay it after being assured that both deposits would be refunded.

"The front desk was so friendly and helpful! They let us store our bags after checkout, check out a beach towel, and were there to answer any questions! We so loved our stay and the ease of it. The proximity to the beach and pool is so nice. The room is not luxurious but was clean and I think that is reflected within the price."
