"Checking-in was quite difficult. The keypad did not work and there was an involved process to phone for assistance as the place has no person present on the premises. Worse, however, was the fact that the keypad did not work to get in and so we were locked out of the hotel late on a Saturday night with no responses by phone from management to get it. Luckily we did not have to sleep in our car because another resident at the hotel happened to come by. However for her and us this event at 1130 at night proved challenging and potentially dangerous."
