I felt like staying at this hotel was hard work. The car from the airport wasn’t there to pick us up, the room we paid for wasn’t available to us on the first night (we were refunded the difference), the hotel is new but the bathroom fixtures and cupboards didn’t work properly. The power was cut by the hotel staff at 10am one day and wasn’t put back on until several hours later. There was no explanation of why or warning that it would happen or when it would come back on. The staff is friendly but seem inexperienced. It is very conveniently located to visit the pyramids. Overall it’s more of a 2 star hotel. It needs improvement.
