We had the best experience booking our stay here :) our balcony had a clear view of the pyramids and we got everything we ever asked for within 30 minutes; there are many frustrating parts of Egypt but thankfully we had the staff of this hotel to help us every step of the way, they were honest and kind and we felt so lucky for staying here over another place. Can’t recommend enough , definitely book here!
You will find the most friendly and helpful staff in Narmer Pyramids View, they sincerely give the advise to avoid you being scammed.of course the property is also clean and nice with amazing view
It was hard to locate the hotel, the reception at the 3rd floor , the view is amazing, the staff was very friendly , they brought us the breakfast at the roof so we can enjoy the view of the Giza Pyramids and the sphinx.

The property has an excellent location for pyramid views. The staff is very accomadating and made my stay pleasant. The host provide honest tips on the area to help avoid tourist being taken advantage of.
The bathroom could be cleaner. The shower was really dirty and the kitchen had an opened pack of sugar. Other than that, good hotel for the price and really nice view.
I'm so glad I booked this hotel. From the minute I checked-in I felt at home. The owner and all the staff members made me feel utterly at home. I had an unfortunate accident whilst walking the streets of Cairo where wet concrete fell on me. When I got back to the hotel the owner offered straight away to wash my clothes, he didn't even charge me. The hospitality is something else here! highly recommend, such nice people!

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. However, this property is located in a very rundown area. Many surrounding properties appear to be half abandoned or even partially destroyed. A relatively large mosque is nearby; its call to prayer is very loud and disruptive. Many horses and camels are nearby, making the place often stinky.

I recently stayed at the Narmer Pyramids View hotel and had an overall positive experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff were always available to answer my requests. A highlight of my stay was how the staff helped me organize tours for my trip even before I arrived, which made my visit much smoother and more enjoyable.
There are a couple of areas for improvement. Expanding the food options for breakfast would enhance the dining experience. Additionally, collaborating with other businesses in the area to improve the cleanliness of the surroundings would make the hotel even more appealing.
This is great place to be close to the pyramids. The balcony from our room had a great view of the pyramids and the sphinx (it felt like a stone-throw away, really!). The top floor has a terrace with even better view of the pyramids and the sphinx. It has tables and umbrellas, very nice to for just sitting or dining. Please temper your expectations, this is a humble place, but the owner and the staff will do everything to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. They arranged for us a full-day tour of the pyramids and sphinx with a driver/guide. They also arranged for us to ride ATV (quad) vehicles in the dessert at sunset. They also helped me to order a take out dinner for the whole family and they set is up on the terrace for a lovely evening experience. Whatever we asked, they were ready to help. Again, please keep in mind it is a humble place, but you get much more than you expect. I highly recommend...

Mr. Samir owner was very helpful in arranging tours, suggestions on dining and even sent some one to get dinner for us to eat on roof top. He is a wonderful gentleman who tries to help out in anyway. You can always hear the dogs barking and rooster and prayers from the room. He has wonderful English speaking guide Nader who took us around to the pyramids and Egyptian museums. He is very knowledgeable on Egyptian history.

OK so this is a mixed bag. Overall I would return and stay.
The location is excellent. You have a great view from the roof top. Could not be better. Rates when we travelled were competitive. Room was spacious and clean.
The hotel, breakfast is not fancy. Simple plus if you will.
The personnel is nice and you can see they try to keep you happy. If you travel a lot you notice a difference. I figure in countries like Egypt you have some very well trained folks and some which are kind of new to the job. Enough said. Don't expect too much.
Let's talk about what disappointed me:
We got offered a bunch of tours and excursions and at first glance they were well priced. However what Management fails to realize is the expense and the time we the tourist take and endure and that said don't push some lack luster or in experienced guides on me.
I paid $ 160 for a day trip to Alexandria. Traffic was horrible. The day was short because most of the time we spent in the car. The lunch place was over priced and menue only in arabic. I suspected a tourist trap and cancelled. However worst of all was the guide. George, somewhat new to the guide biz. and I will keep it at that.
What disappointed me is that the hotel chose an inexperienced guide and later said "sorry". Well, I paid and spent my day.
The previous day we had a guide called Ramadan. He was better than George but also a bit "stale".
Leaves me w. the conclusion: NARMER is are happy to make a sale & that is their priority
The room is spacious and the balcony has a beautiful view of the Pyramids. The staff are genuinely helpful with no expectations for a tip and even offer to order food for you because they will get cheaper prices as a local. Also, they do arrange airport transfers if you need. Breakfast is served on the rooftop. Unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to try it but we did enjoy an unobstructed view of the Pyramids from there. The hotel is of walking distance from the Pyramids but because of that there will be the stench of camels that are stationed nearby. However I would still stay here again because of the excellent staff.
They only offered hard boiled eggs and honey, but when we went to the terrace to have breakfast there was no food and nobody there to serve us. The neighborhood was scary and the access to the hotel even worse. The receptionist hardly spoke any English, it looked like he was 12 years old. The worst hotel I have ever been in my life
Unfortunately, this stay resulted in a very disappointing travel experience.
Although we were very tired upon arrival on the first day, we were immediately encouraged to join a tour, which we agreed to take the following day. However, on the morning of the tour, we were kept waiting for over 30 minutes past the scheduled departure time, and the tour ended earlier than planned. This was very disappointing and unacceptable.
While the hotel is extremely close to the pyramids, the overall stay was not comfortable. As a result, we decided to shorten our stay from four nights to three nights and move to another hotel. The smell from camels and horses was very strong, making it impossible to use the terrace. In addition, loud rooster noises made it difficult to sleep.
Overall, this was a very unpleasant trip, and I truly regret choosing this hotel.
I stayed in the best hotel. all others look dirty, unwelcoming , and smells like manure

The hotel is located in a difficult location, uber couldn’t find the place after many trying and nearby all places is too dirty. I don’t recommend. I didn’t reach the hotel and finally I gave up for my reservation already paid and find a new hotel in better location. This is just my experience.
