"The staff was excellent the breakfast was good and the room was okay"

"I get that this is a budget hotel. When you're only paying $60 a night, you don't have high expectations. The staff said they recently acquired the property, but it was a complete disarray. Rooms and hallway smell like smoke. However, the staff did move us to a cleaner one. There were bugs everywhere, holes in walls, trim and tile missing, toilets are broken, stains in all catpet, and one of the three rooms didn't have a refrigerator. I know it's not a huge deal, but they do not even provide tissues. Oh, and elevator inspection expired 6 months ago. The dressers were busted in 2 of the rooms. We were also told that they had trouble hiring and keeping a housekeeping staff. If you aren't able to accommodate guests, maybe you should close down until problems are solved."

"Expedia didn't disclose that the hotel is going thru lobby and hallway renovations. There were contractors, buckets, paint, throughout the lobby. The front desk informed me that they can cancel the reservation but need to contact Expedia for refund. Expedia told me the decision is ultimately the hotel's so therefore i need to talk to them. So basically both sides made me feel like 'suck it, you are too small of a customer and we dont care about your stay" "

"It says they offer breakfast, what they give you is a packaged muffin and a juice box or coffee. No fruit, no healthy choice. Don’t say you offer breakfast if you don’t want to offer breakfast. Just say we will give you a snack. "

"Very impressed with this hotel ; the nicest Choice property I’ve ever stayed in. Kim & Polly ( Front Desk) were very friendly & helpful. The room was spotless, attentive Housekeeping staff. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. I would highly recommend & will stay here again. Thank you !"
