"L'hôtel est très bien situé est centrale, proche de nombreuses belles places, restaurants, cafés et pas loin des quais des vaporettos ou de l'Alilaguna. Dans l'ensemble l'hôtel est bien entretenu, les serviettes et draps sont changés tous les jours. La literie manque de confort, les matelas et oreillers sont très dures. Le petit Déjeuner est correct, croissants frais, petits pains frais, fromage et charcuterie, yogourt, etc.. par contre ce n'est pas la place pour un bon café, il n'est pas bon. Mais rapport qualité prix, je recommande."

"The location of this hotel in Venice is truly spectacular, and the staff’s attention was excellent. The room size was great, and we loved almost everything about our stay. Unfortunately, after that one night, my children woke up covered in bites, legs, torsos, and even one eyelid swollen shut. I contacted the hotel, and they said they inspected and found no bed bugs. Of course, that can be hard to confirm. They suggested mosquitoes, but given the bites were under clothing and on the eyelid, I believe it was likely bed bugs. Whether I’m mistaken or not, I strongly advise guests to check mattresses, sheets, and seams before sleeping. After leaving, we had to send all our clothes and luggage to laundry, causing extra expense just to ensure we didn’t bring anything home. I share this so others are cautious, even if it was just a one-off."

"Very clean and comfortable room, great location of hotel. The only complaint was that the hotel stated that it had elevators, and we had a first floor room, but there was not an elevator from the lobby. We had to climb a steep staircase (20 steps) to reach the first floor!"

"Lovely suite overlooking grand canal. Modern bathroom. Lovely garden. Brilliant location. Beds are huge and very comfortable. The towels were fluffy and big enough. The bath was much appreciated after a day of sight seeing. Very helpful staff. The girls at breakfast were so kind and efficient."

"Overall my experience felt more in line with a four-star property rather than a five-star hotel. The breakfast was particularly disappointing. The quality and organisation did not meet expectations, and the atmosphere was far from relaxing. On one occasion, I was seated next to the coffee machine, which produced a constant and rather intrusive noise, making it difficult to enjoy the meal. In addition, children were not always adequately supervised, and some approached the buffet as though it were a school canteen, which further detracted from the overall experience. While the staff were generally kind and courteous, the level of professionalism was inconsistent. The more experienced members of staff provided a noticeably better service, whereas some of the younger employees seemed insufficiently trained and lacked awareness of the standards expected in a hotel of this category."
