"This is a super hotel, extremely close (10 minute walk) to the Frankfurt railway station but in a safe, quiet area near the river. The hotel staff is warm, friendly and welcoming; my room was impeccably clean, with tasteful but simple decor, and included a refrigerator and an iron/ironing board. ..."

"Convenient location for a lot of the attractions. The remote check in was chaotic and not easy. Had the hotel been transparent with the information they needed upfront it would have made our lifes easier. We had to do the remote check in with patchy wifi and without a computer. That was a real problem ..."
