"Fantastic experience and definitely recommend this quaint hotel. It used to be a mansion to a rich aristocratic family (von Löw), who then became a poor aristocratic family and the building fell into disrepair. Completely renovated by investors 27 years ago, but a lot of the original features remain. Property has easy parking and is located just outside of Butzbach; easily reachable via the A5. "My room was large and airy, with a high ceiling, and the walls were painted white, fostering a wonderful spacious feeling. The full breakfast included both warm and cold options and a marvelous variety. Staff both for the breakfast and for the hotel in general were extraordinarily helpful, friendly, and supportive. The dining area is clean and beautifully lit."

"Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Bin nach 2 Stunden aus dem Zimmer geflüchtet. Schon bei Betreten des Hotelbereichs fiel auf, dass es wohl einigen Renovierungsbedarf gibt. Das zugteilte Zimmer hatte so einen schiefen Fußboden habe ich noch nie erlebt. Das Bett ein einziges Knarren, so dass man garantiert bei jeder Bewegung wach geworden wäre. Der Fernseher obwohl in der Beschreibung Kabel-Fernseher angegeben war hat nur 3 Programme davon ARD und ZDF. In dem Zimmer hat es nach ausgetrocknetem Abfluss...
