We loved this place. The attention to detail and all the little touches were amazing. Very thoughtful. For instance all the branded stationery and encouragement to slow down and relax and listen to recordsโฆ you wouldnโt find this at a big hotel.
The location was convenient, although obviously dependent on what you want to do: Gwangalli and Haeundae beaches were a longer metro ride.
My only wish was that the cafe below the hotel opened earlier. 10:30 seems very late for a western traveller!

Great location and lovely spacious room. Korean breakfast was an interesting novelty although no drinks were included so you need to pay 8000 KRW for a small glass of orange juice. Spa bath was decadent and the whisky bar was definitely worth a visit each evening. Would recommend to anyone visiting Busan.

The hotel was beautiful. The lobby spacious and stunning. Very helpful lobby and reception staff. The rooms were spacious and clean. Some mould around the tiles in the bathroom. The maids were very friendly and obviously hard working.
Itโs a bit ridiculous to have to pay to use the hotel swimming pool (and more again to buy a swimming cap for the indoor pool). It cost ยฃ15 per person for use of the pool. Not worth it especially if you have a family to pay for.

An excellent hotel stay. The room was spacious, comfortable and well furnished. Housekeeping were marvellous. The offer of a spa is wonderful if you don.t want to share it with your partner and are comfortable going naked in a single sex environment. This apart all other facilities including the gym were excellent. The outdoor bar area was very relaxing for a break in such a central city location.
