"Stayed one night as visiting for Strictly Live at The Utilita (easy 5 min walk). First room had an overflowing loo but we were given an immediate change of room.
Room very clean, beds very comfy and was quiet (Sunday evening). The window blind was broken so we couldn’t pull it up.
Staff were good, Ken was exceptional and a real asset to the hotel.
Breakfast was quiet (9.30am) and was very good. Excellent cappuccino.
Will definitely stay here again if visiting Birmingham.

"Friendly staff on arrival, lovely comfortable room, very impressed with the pillows, had a really good sleep! Room and bathroom spotless!
Breakfast this morning was excellent, ample selection!

"Welcomed by smiling helpful staff, room was warm, clean and tidy, with everything you needed for a few days. Breakfast was good and plentiful, buffet kept full and hot. Again could not fault the helpful staff."

"Let us begin at the beginning. The reception staff were amazing: Jinnelle and her team treated us as though we were values members of their family. The room was spacious and sparking clean. Service at all times was prompt and pleasant. The breakfast team, including Hossein, Tufayel and Jenisha, were very helpful. "
