"Spacious room and great staff"

"This property lives up to all the online photos. It was absolutely lovely, beautiful breakfast, fast to the old town (once we worked out to walk over the old bridge). Staff were fantastic. Gorgeous place. Would definitely stay again."

"Perfect location! Beautiful river just steps away and very convenient to shopping, hiking, and the pools."

"amazing hotel, food and area"

"The property was excellent allround."

"Great location, facilities and service. Excellent experience. Fabulous cuisine. Stayed there twice already and definitely will come back!"

"Hotel, location, staff. Everything about our stay was perfect. Would not hesitate to return!"

"This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The food is amazing and its never ending if that’s what you like. The service is first class and the staff are wonderful: We are from Australia and the only “English” speaking visitors , however, this was not a problem for us as the staff all spoke English. The yoga and pilates is great and the saunas and pools are amazing. We also took advantage of the shuttles to walking areas and the free bus pass that is provided. The landscape and...

" I cannot express enough the attention to detail this property executes to each guest! The staff strives to know you, check with you, & strive to do whatever they can for you. Not just once but every day. At least one of the owners are there every day, all day! They are truly passionate for what they do! The most senior of ownership onsite explained he is the 11th generation, & the 12th, & I believe the 13th generations are also working to make this operation work flawlessly! After 530...

"Beautiful and kind staff"

"The views are amazing and the suite was very generously sized. Food was excellent and the staff very helpful. A true gem in the Alto Adige region"

"There was so much to do at the resort. We enjoyed the vast amount of options for swimming and spas, it was very relaxing. There was also so many activities to keep us busy when we wanted some adventure. The food was excellent and the staff were great during our stay. "

"What a wonderful place at the top of the mountain"

"Das Personal war super, die lange wie auch das Essen waren optimal"

"2nd time stayed here and everybody made us feel welcome. Beautiful hotel. Amazing staff. Amazing breakfast. By far one of Italy's best hotels."

"Really beautiful room, big and spacious. Very friendly staff. Very good location. Recommend it. "

"One of the best places we've ever stayed. Very tranquil and amenities are great"

"This hotel is not recommended to stay the hottest months, the room has no air conditioning and being next to a road with a lot of traffic you can not sleep with the window open. Otherwise it is a hotel that is quite good and surely in the colder months it will be very nice."

"The staff were really friendly and helpful. The food was good. Parking was easy. Although it was close to the city centre it was very quiet. The indoor pool was lovely and warm. All round a lovely place to stay in Merano."
