"The showers had lukewarm water. It was not hot and the breakfast was terrible eggs were cold trays of potatoes and sausage were empty and not refilled in a timely fashion. The check-in staff was very nice. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable, but there’s something about the hotels in North Carolina especially Raleigh. I’ve stayed in four and all four have had issues with hot water getting a warm or hot shower is very important to a lot of folks to stay in these places it needs to be fixed"

"just stayed as an overnighter but the property and rooms were very clean. looks like the rooms may have been recently renovated but not sure. breakfast area very nice and clean and a good variety. brittney at the desk was pleasant and professional. location convenient and a good variety of eateries in the vicinity. would definitely stay there again"

"Staff was extremely friendly. Our room was not properly cleaned. We stayed in the king executive suite that can sleep 4. The bedding on the pull out couch was dirty from the previous guest an had not been changed. The room did not have extra pillows for the pull out bed, we only had a set of two towels for the shower, and the room barely had any toilet paper on the roll and did not have an extra roll available on the room. Hair was in the shower and the rooms had a strange odor of food/smoke. Desk staff was very friendly when retrieving towels, toilet paper, and clean linens but I think it should be expected to already in the room that sleeps 4. "

"Inspire of Expedia completely screwing upy reservation (I'll never use them again) The hotel was great I suggest booking direct or using another service if you expect the room to be available when you show up and don't have to deal with infuriating bad customer service from Expedia the worse booking app on the Internet. THE HOTEL was GREAT not their fault Expedia failed to deliver ."

"We were put into a handicap room. The blinds had no chain to operate them. It was a connecting room and only had a deadbolt, no safety lock. The elevator needs work. There was wet soap in the shower. And people were very loud. Not sure if they were employees or people staying in the hotel. And the room above us was really loud! Needs more sound proofing. Heat/AC was very loud as was the refrigerator. We did not get much sleep."
