"Staff wonderful Grounds are gorgeous Multiple amenities and activities offered Room very nice but missing soap, laundry bags and other essentials. Spa whirlpool and sauna area not kept well , no visible staff Dirty towels all over Spa Pool needs a lot of attention. Chop house very expensive and 3 out of 4 dinners should have been returned . Tough, chewy $70 steak, fish not edible $60 . We did not return it because not our style. Just won’t go back . Desserts however were exceptional probably the best we ever had . Waiter was very good but his support staff had amnesia so he did not have enough help. Menus were left on the table, had to ask for bread and silverware 3 times. This was the job of the support staff not the waiter. Front desk staff was very efficient and helpful. Very nice valet staff as well. If you like to golf just a stunning golf course. If you use the amenities, it’s a great place to stay, but I would avoid eating there. What should be a high-end chophouse does not meet the expectation for the price in my opinion. Little morning cafe very good but could use either a better system or more staff to move the people more efficiently through. I would definitely stay there again because it’s so beautiful and there are a lot of positives, but I would not eat there."

"Great experience. Hot breakfast that changed daily, fitness room, regular rooms all clean. Good variety of snacks available. Negative is that the pool heater didn't work for the 4 days I was there and it didn't seem the staff was expecting it to be fixed and some didn't know it needed to be fixed."

"Too early for outdoor pool. Front desk person at check in was not very friendly or helpful. Made us feel less than welcome. Didn’t seem interested in answering any questions. We had a lakeside room but it overlooked the roof and was not an attractive sight with all the mess on it. Plus they were installing some kind of big unit so it was noisy. We wouldn’t have bothered with a lakeside room if we had known that was th view. I"

"Outlets didn't work well dead phone all day n night . Shower let's alot water out w those curtains. Pool was nice , room space was great bed comfortable Snack area pricey Over all decent place."

"We were under the impression our stay included breakfast. It didn’t. The facilities are lovely but room itself and buildings were not clean. Hallways weren’t vacuumed. Floors in room were not vacuumed… lots of “ crumbs” on carpet. "
