Megan and Frank and Mike were so very friendly and helpful. Check in was smooth. Rooms are new and clean and well stocked. Comfortable beds and good TC channel Selection. Breakfast was delicious especially the frittatas and the blueberry scones. Nice hot coffee and tea. Lovely pool. And decent gym. Great value. Highly recommend. Pizza Nextdoor is sooo good.

Checkin was great-staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The carpet in our room was dirty-unsure if it was food or animal feces. The rest of the facility appeared clean and well maintained.

The rooms could have been cleaner. Specifically the bathroom and flat surfaces. The commode had urine build up at the back of the seat and the shower had pieces of hair everywhere. The plat surfaces had dried up candy and stick substance. I ended up wiping Everything fown with Clorox wipes.

Not the best. Night staff at the front desk was grumpy and condescending, the room they gave us had a window looking directly at the side of a building 6ft away, despite the hotel not being busy at all. The rooms are VERY tight. The bathroom door is barn door style, but the way they have it installed makes it so there are huge gaps between the door and the wall, allowing for ZERO privacy while doing your business. Such a weird place. Pool didn’t open until 9am. I’ll be in the area again and will not book a stay here again.

The Expedia website lists the gym but not the pool as closed. I booked here specifically to use the pool and when this was brought to the front desk manager’s attention, she couldn’t have been more rude. It’s false advertising to have the pool listed and I was ripped off. It’s a huge disappointment from both Expedia and Hilton both. I doubt I’d book with either again.
