Good location close to city centre. Staff quite helpful. Only 1 sun lounger by the pool, are chairs though. Some noise outside my room on occasion. Room was spacious.Decent price.

We had to change our room, because the bathroom was not cleaned well, actually we found some hair on the bathrooms tiles. The area is not very good one. However, they have done a pretty nice job with an old building, and their breakfast area on the rooftoop is a very nice and clean one with a very nice service. I haven't look for other apartments, but it might be a good place for the money. I would reccoment getting an apartment in Palermo neighborhood, where are very nice bars and restauraunts.

Room cleaning services not good at all!

The room was not cleaned during our stay. We stayed 5 days & the staff didn’t change the towels and neither put toilet paper. We had to go to the reception to ask for toilet paper. They only removed the trash once upon our request.

O quarto era bonito, grande, bem decorado, os funcionários atenciosos, o banheiro grande e as camas grandes. Porém, a cama de casal estava com o colchão muito ruim e desconfortável, a TV a cabo saia do ar frequentemente e o banheiro tinha um pouco de mofo e faltavam algumas luzes pelo apartamento. A localização é excelente e as comodidades também

Bom. Mas faltou algumas coisas.

O quarto é bem confortável, porém senti falta da limpeza após ficar 3 dias, pois eles informam que somente apos 5 dias que tem direito a limpeza, mas que poderiamos solicitar na recepção a troca de toalhas e reposição de papel higiênico, os mesmos foram solicitado e nao fizaram reposição, tivemos que comprar. Um outro ponto que nao agradou foi a iluminação no quarto só tinha um pendente para iluminar o quarto todo que era grande então nao dava luz suficiente para o ambiente.

Todo bien ,todos amables, lo único es que no te hacen limpieza durante la estancia, me parece que por lo menos debería de ser un día si un día no, se junta basura, se te termina el papel de baño en una estancia de.mas de 3 días se hace complicado. Las instalaciones bien comodas lo necesario para descansar.

Il est prétendument mis à disposition une kitchenette mais en fait elle est très mal, voire pas équipée. Un micro-ondes, une bouilloire, 3 assiettes, 3 couverts parce que nous sommes 3. Pas de torchons de plaques et surtout de réfrigérateur. Pas de produit vaisselle. Pas de bouchon de baignoire rendant les bains impossibles, chaines télé extrêmement limitées.
