Excellent boutique hotel in the Palermo district which is pretty quiet during the day but quite safe. The breakfast was very high quality and we appreciated the excellent service from the friendly staff. For our first time in Buenos Aires it was a good intro, and taxis are cheap. Would definitely recommend.

We had such an incredible stay here during our time in Buenos Aires. This hotel is located in the heart of Palermo and was easy walking to tons of cafes, restaurants and shops. It was quiet, secure, and had clean spacious rooms. The best part of our stay was the service. Our flight arrived in Buenos Aires 0400. 1828 Smart Hotel kindly allowed us to enjoy the common areas (including pool/spa/showers) upon our arrival at 0600 and hold our bags until our room was ready. They kindly allowed us to check in as soon as the room was clean. The following week, we had a layover in Buenos Aires, and again, the staff generously offered for us to store our bags there and use their showers so we could enjoy a final few hours in Palermo before we flew back home. This made such a big difference on our journey home! Only have positive things to say about our stay here!

Nice little boutique hotel in the heart of Palermo SoHo with many restaurants and shopping nearby. Hotel was clean and comfortable though washroom was a little small and shower was tight in space and we are relatively small. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Quiet, convenient and safe hotel with small number of rooms. We enjoyed the happy hour and breakfast as well as amenities prior to departure to airport making it very convenient given our late flight. We will come back.

Great place to jump off to Buenos Aires.
Awesome place to stay and close to a lot of restaurants and bars in the Palermo neighborhood. If you like alternative and bohemian vibes this is the neighborhood for you. Super chill and the hotel staff is very accommodating.

Great Boutique Hotel
I felt very safe here. Beautiful lobby and super helpful staff. Size of rooms reminded me of a hotel in midtown Manhattan. Very efficient! My only complaints are that I couldn’t get the Nespresso machine or TV to work, and the pumps on the toiletries in the shower didn’t work. I had to remove the pumps. Minor issues!

This hotel is very clean and safe and is in a great part of the Palermo neighborhood. Short walks to lots of restaurants and bars. The front desk personnel were very helpful with our travel questions, arranging cabs, etc. It's a very nice, boutique hotel and I would recommend it.

An exceptional stay at this hotel in Buenos Aires! The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our entire visit. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a great variety of options. Plus, the hotel's location was perfect, providing easy access to many restaurants and cafes in Palermo. Highly recommend for a memorable stay in Buenos Aires!

Nice boutique hotel
Staff were all amazing. The breakfast that is included was very nice. The location was great and walkable for the Palermo food and entertainment area. All in all a very nice stay before our cruise. Cab to port was only $6 USD.

Highly recommend this boutique hotel
Everything was perfect. They have a very nice breakfast, outdoor area with a pool Also an exercise room sauna and massage downstairs. Disappointed that a massage is $70. Could have had one at Iguazu for $20

Perfect Boutique Hotel in Palermo
This is an amazing boutique hotel in a perfect location (Palermo) of Buenos Aires. We were in the two suites on the 4th floor with lots of space. The staff is very friendly and go out of their way to get you what you need/want. From Restaurant and taxi reservation, to mosquito repellents! This was our first time in Buenos Aires and we highly highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel in the middle of Palermo. Close to many good restaurants, bars and walkable to a large park. The hotel has a cute pool and small spa. Staff service was amazing and they held our luggage for us since we had a late flight out. We were even able to shower and get changed after spending a hot afternoon around Buenos Aires before we left for the airport. Would definitely come back!

The hotel is located a very short walk from lots of fantastic restaurants, bars and the lively Plaza Serrano. Hotel staff are super friendly and helpful. We used Google Maps to guide us taking the bus and subway to explore the city.

Beautiful hotel, great staff and location. Didn’t really cater for our 2 year old but would certainly stay there again. Not sure how you would cope with disability getting down the step into the lobby. Very nice breakfast

What a beautiful boutique hotel with a great staff and such nice amenities. The place was super clean, pretty, the staff , especially the 3 main desk managers were friendly ,helpful and fun! the breakfast was both healthy and delicious with enough pastry and sparkling to make it a little decadent. The pool was beautiful and heated. The room was super spacious, clean and pretty. gorgeous bath, patio and simply modern styling. We used the sauna in the spa every day and had a great massage with a very professional therapist. I cannot say enought about the area! Palermo Soho was fun, beautiful, with the smaller buildings and buildings that kept the old facade with the new interiors,additions. The shops and restaurants were everywhere. We are city people and we had 6 days and still walked past new things within a 3 block area that we had missed every day. I cannot say enough about the hotel, area and people we met and I wish all the Argentine people luck or buena suerte , It is a beautiful country and Buenos Aires is a beautiful city with amazing people. I hope more USA travellers go and see it and help with tourism and awareness.

The hotel was in a good location and the staff was very nice, but the air conditioning is a central system with no control in the room. It was extremely hot in our room during our stay. We could not open the windows because of the bugs and the loud water fountain and pool outside of our window.
