"The gentleman at the front desk found my reservation from hotels.com but could not check me in. So I left for three hours and came back still he could not do anything. I was willing to take a new reservation and not care about the money that I lost. He did not want me to do it either. Left the hotel ..."

"Easy check in, got the code for key lock in a WhatsApp msg, had a large apartment with lots of pans, cutlery, job etc, shower gel provided, hand soap, comfy bed and a very good experience so would happily stay here again, caught 100 bus from airport to piata Unirii 2 and it was a 6 minute walk"
