"The room was clean . The service was perfect. The place ia percect. But two think that chould improve: 1. One elevator (from 3) didnt work (4 days) and it take alot of time to wait . 2. The rooms was hot . But even thoo the stay was great. Thanks"

"Amazing place to stay. Staff were exemplary. Couldn't do enough for us. When we checked out, we were sent a picture msg re an item of jewellery which had fallen out of my partners bag. Staff informed us they would keep it for 12 mths to collect if wanted. Whilst staying we received numerous messages asking if we needed anything. The room was spotless and up to date. Could not fault it. 1 minute walk to all the restaurants and bars. I would definitely recommend The old town snail. You will not be disappointed. "

"Service and cleaniness are excellent. The personnel is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good, but not very varied. Since the hotel is on the edge of the old town the neighbor restaurants can be noisy. The building has no elevator. You have to able to walk the stairs."
