"Beautiful quirky hotel, we stayed in Gothic a fabulous room. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the glass of prosecco on arrival was a lovely unexpected suprise. Perfect location in the old town. Definitely will return but not bother with breakfast, we preferred to sample to local cafes nearby for a wonderful selection of food and drink "

Great location in the old town, not too far to walk to Christmas markets. Rooms clean and spacious. Would recommend staying here."

Nothing was too much trouble, staff were extremely attentive, service was outstanding in all areas; reception, concierge, the pool and spa, the restaurant staff, and the room cleaning staff. The hotel itself was very clean and the rooms were very tasteful with everything you could need. The pool and spa facilities were also very enjoyable.
