Sad and disappointed at all...

Smelt cigarette in the room, no toilet paper, internet at the room so bad, television doesn't works at all and the staff not friendly.

Quel cauchemar

Pire hôtel que j'ai pu visiter en 20 ans Personnel hautain et désagréable, chambre digne d'un vulgaire grenier aménagé, accessible uniquement par 3 volées d'escaliers étroits, et avec des sanitaires en mauvais état et une tv qu'il a fallu que je rebranche... pour m'apercevoir qu'elle a juste 2 chaînes francophones. Si le lit avait été en béton, pas sûr que j'aurais senti la différence. En bref, hôtel à éviter. Et je fais preuve d'euphémisme et de retenue par rapport à la réalité

Chambre propre, Accueil correct, petit déjeuner très correct Seul bémol, l’isolation, pas de double vitrage sur la chambre qui donne sur la rue. En cette période rien de trop grave, mais à voir par fortes chaleurs ou grand froid.

Great breakfast, great service.

The room was lovely, we even got one with a balcony. It was all clean. The only thing would be that the floor is very freaky, but we got used to it pretty fast. Breakfast was very well done, and the employees were lovely. We needed to extend our stay by one night because of problems with our flight, and it took about 30 seconds and they even have us the same room. It was perfect.

Il est écrit sur le site qu'il y a un service de blanchisserie..ce qui est totalement faux (j'étais venue à cet hôtel exprès pour cela, donc c'est décevant!)..la chambre est vraiment plus petite que ce que l'on peut voir sur les photos de site. Le monsieur à l'accueil était gentil, mais il ne pouvait me renseigner sur mes questions puisqu'il m'a dit qu'il ne venait pas de ce quartier.

Don't use Hotels.com, swindlers

This review is about hotels.com - I don't know about Monty Small. I booked on the hotels.com app. 5 minutes later the hotel texted and called me to say that they have no rooms available, and that I wasn't being charged. I was charged. So I applied for a refund. No response. Over a hundred Euros and I had to book a more expensive room for the same night. DON'T USE HOTELS.COM

très déçu

L'hôtel est très brouillant. Nous avons entendu au première étage a 1 heures du matin que les personnels mettaient la table pour le petit déjeuner. Les murs et portes ont besoin être rénovés. La TV ne fonctionnait pas. Grand choix au petit déjeuner seule déception: pas du pain, viennoiseries frais.

Kleines freundliches Mittelklassehotel. Die Zimmer sind recht klein, aber was braucht man für eine Übernachtung mehr? Zustand ist nicht mehr ganz aktuell und könnte teilweise renoviert werden. Das Frühstück ist lecker, man sitzt gemeinsam an einem großen Tisch . Hatte ich so noch nicht, ist mal was anderes. Ich werde wohl beim nächsten mal wieder hier übernachten.
