"Room was very clean, Housekeeping staff is great. Breakfast was nice, good coffee. Fun bartender and very welcoming staff at front desk. Room location was not so good. Close to Broadway but VERY noisy all through the night with sirens constantly, big trucks, honking, yelling!"

"The room was very, very small. The towels were very rough, they would scratch a baby, the A/C was terribly loud. The A/C was too close to the bed. The lamp and TV were not plugged in. The outlet was too difficult to reach or we would have plugged them ourselves. We have stayed in Holiday Inn properties for more than 20 years. But we probably not use Holiday Inn properties again. "

"It was a decent place to sleep for the night, but I doubt I will be staying there again. The walls were thin, you could hear people walking around heavily upstaira, the rooms have outside doors, so you can hear everything going on in the parking lot, the showers didn’t drain very well, the sink faucet didn’t produce a straight stream of water, and the mini fridge was loud. It was very clean, however, and I slept mostly comfortably. That was really my goal for the night anyway. "

"Be prepared to pay $50 a night for parking. No real amenities. (No pool, just restaurants). Decent place to stay, looks modern, but I would've stayed at their sister hotel downtown for free parking at almost the same price."

"Surprised how cute it was on the inside. Had great back courtyard with pickleball, bean bag toss, fire pits, and ping pong. Communication was great. Do not go early—there is no front desk. You will get a code at 4:00 to go to room. Right by grocery store, capital and farmers market. I walked there from the Gulch. Very walkable. On bus line too."
