"Nonostante la buona volontà, la colazione non è all’altezza del posto. Praticamente nulla di salato neppure a richiesta."

"One of the nicest places we ww have ever stayed. The dinner was amazing, thank you Mama, and the views spectacular. We will be back."

"Gentile accoglienza tutto molto bello e in ordine"

"Beautiful property in an amazing location. Lovely settings for aperitivo and breakfast. Our room was not in the main building which could have been mentioned on the booking sites. Breakfast was excellent. We had the evening meal and because it was a Friday - it was the fish menu. It was a little disappointing. We had an excellent wine tasting across the road with a very knowledgeable and generous host - I'd really recommend the red wines."

"Very nice stay! Me and my husband stayed here for 3 nights and it was wonderful! Luigi which is the property owner was very helpful and friendly, we did a tour in the property, he explained about the history behind this place, and we were very pleased everything here. It’s super close to supermarkets and Perugia downtown, I would definitely come back if in the area. We went in March and there was hardly anyone there, so we were blessed with some quiet and peace that this place offers. 10/10"
