This is the 2nd time I stay at metropolitan by COMO. Very clean rooms , modern & chic. Everything in the room is controlled either from the phone or pressing a button which is so much fun and convenient. I'm also obsessed with the mini bar as it has variety of food and beverage not like other hotels. All staff from reception , concierge , room service etc are helpful and kind. I definitely recommend this hotel. of course I don't need to mention the great location for shopping and sightseeing.

My stay was brief but highly enjoyable. Staff were very warm and welcoming and the room was immaculate. I also got to use the sauna, which was a welcome bonus. Just one small improvement would make a real difference: the bathroom had one of those terrible half-screened showers, which meant that water went everywhere. We had a great time staying at this Four Seasons hotel in Canary Wharf. The rooms are lovely, well equipped and very comfortable. The bedding itself is worth a mention, as it really is of great quality. The staff are friendly - though almost over attentive at check in. Check out was however nice and quick - though perhaps they could think about offering to call a cab? The door staff also made the hotel more special, the initial welcome was really really good.
