I don't usually write reviews, but this place was fantastic! A gem in the heart of Brockville (which sounds odd, but close to everything and so luxurious). Everything was easy, Jen was kind and helpful, room had everything we needed and more, the outside patio was gorgeous, and lovely extra touches a nice surprise. I highly recommend!

Small but well appointed room. Great views especially if you climb stairs to top. Stocked with nibbles but only two choices for cereal. It is an arduous climb to room #2 up 4 long flights so not for anyone with bad joints. Beautiful location.

Beautiful place to stay. The building is beautiful and well-maintained. The rooms are nicely put together and well thought out. The bed was plush and comfortable :) I also appreciated the in-room snack situation. This is an independent check-in setup, so you don't really see the staff, but they are available to communicate with. The parking situation is a little odd at first as the spots are tucked in the lot behind the building, but it's straightforward enough. It is very centrally located to all the activity in the area, making it a perfect place to stay when visiting.

What an absolute gem of a stay! A beautifully restored vintage home w/parking in a perfect location for walking everywhere. Very close to the beautiful waterfront, Railway Tunnel, shopping & many restaurants/pubs/cafe. The included amenities were abundant, & the rooftop terrace was a great bonus for an evening adult beverage & morning coffee. My room was tastefully decorated & cozy, & interactions with the owner were quite pleasant & so helpful. Being located in a vintage home means carrying your bags up a few flights of stairs as the rooms are on the top floor, as there is no elevator, if that's a concern. The views from the turret windows were stunning! Communication regarding my stay was also clear & excellent. I highly recommend this place, & would definitely stay again when visiting beautiful, history-filled Brockville!

This is an e ceptional bnb. This magnificent nineteenth century mansion in the centre of Brockville has been lovingly restored and skillfully outfitted with the best furnishings and fittings. Every detail has been thought through and every little luxury provided. The quiet rooms with quiet air conditioning, the fully stocked fridge, the generous (shared) terrace on the second storey with its view all contributed to the perfect stay that you might eonly xpect at a considerably higher rate. Great value; we will return.

The whole experience was perfect. Jen communicated well, giving all the needed instructions about entry and free parking etc. The room and all areas of the property were well appointed, very clean and had obvious attention to detail. This place is off the charts in character. I had coffee in the turret and looked out to see the St Lawrence River. The stairs require some attention by anyone who climbs them. If was a bit more expensive than other options but well worth the extra.

I have never felt so spoiled by a B and B. There was a ton of food in the room, place the property is just gorgeous. Great view! Just a fun place to stay… would come again with my kids.

Property was well situated. Very quiet. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate. The three guest rooms are on the third floor and there are no elevators. Very quaint and all done electronically. No human interaction.

We stayed here from Friday to Monday while attending a nearby competition. Everything was walking distance (restaurants, park, grocery store, pharmacy, theatre). The host made sure we had everything we needed, the kitchen was fully stocked with snacks, breakfast items, coffee/tea and water. There was even a deck on the back that we could sit on and blankets to use if we got cold. The bedroom was very clean and cozy. There was a mini fridge fully stocked with water juice yogurt milk, etc.
