"Lovely welcoming place to stay. Brilliant staff! Helpful and friendly. They tried to assist with bedding options, the mattress was too soft for my back. The lounge bar was our "go to" spot to relax for a drink and nice bite to eat. Walnut restaurant was lovely. Great place to stay."

It’s right next to Uptown Shopping Centre and Queen St Mall where there are lots of takeaway food options, restaurants, coffee shops, cafes and fashion shops. About a five minute walk to the CityCat ferry, South Bank, museum and Queensland Performing Arts Centre."

"The Restaurant Food was very enjoyable.5* for the Savoury Mince at Breakfast. The Prawn Linguini was very nice - a little oily but will be back for another serve. A relaxed atmosphere and tremendous staff. My room rather small had all the comforts found in hotel rooms. Small fridge was OK except full of minibar items which I never use in any hotel.Little tubs of milk are of a bygone era. There are better options. Very clean room, bed and pillows very comfortable. Enjoyed nice hot showers."
