"Positives first - comfy bed - central location BUT unfortunately the downsides of this property far outweighed these. Negatives: - the flat was not clean, particularly the carpets - 24/7 building noise most days made the balcony unusable most of the time. (it’s in Oaks River City and overlooked the huge building site for the new Albert Street station) - the flat smelt awful (from the carpets and lingering damp) - the general foyer smelt awful (probably from the bin chute) - the agent...
