This was an amazingly convenient property for proximity to the train station. A few blocks walk to The Lanes and a bit further to the Pier. We walked everywhere. The room was modern and clean and had a queen size bed. A great kitchenette which included a dishwasher (I didn’t use it but I thought it was fabulous). The continental breakfast was also way more than I expected and included one selection of egg, sausage, hashbrowns and beans. Choices of breads and pastries and yogurt, cereals coffee, and fruit. One if the best features was the laundry. We stayed in England for 10 days and then were going to South Hampton on a cruise and we did all our laundry before getting on the ship. I thought this was a fabulous hotel and would definitely stay again.

All ok but wet room shower flooded as the drain away needed attention/cleaning out. Outside lots of work going on and scaffolding outside our window.

Fantasic I will definitely stay again. My room had a kitchen with microwave grill, toaster, kettle and hob. Not much space for clothes in cupboard. I went for a standard room. Bring washing powder if you plan to use the free laundry to avoid having to buy a box. Staff excellent. Free tea and coffee. Highly recommend.
