Lovely hotel but book parking

Wonderful stay at the hotel. Really clean and comfortable. The only issue was parking as I didn't realise you had to book parking before you arrive, so spent an hour getting through Brighton to find parking I had to book online through Just Park. Great stay otherwise!

The curtain was too light, the light came in in the morning and woke me up, needs a blackout blind. Thin walls so you could hear everything. The shower curtain was poor so when you showered the water went all over the bathroom floor. It just all needed a bit of an update and sort out.

La stanza era un pò più piccola di quanto mi aspettassi, in particolare aveva poco spazio per sistemare le cose, comunque non è stato un problema perché è stato un soggiorno breve. Era rifornita di tutto quanto indicato nel sito. La struttura si trova a pochi passi dal centro frizzante di kemptown e dal old steine e royal pavillion. Check-in e check-out svolti in maniera autonoma senza contatti con i proprietari.

Très décevant !!

Chambre d’hôtel très petite, obligé de manger sur le lit, faire des sandwichs au dessus du sol sans support, douche bouchée (après avoir averti un membre du personnel on nous a assuré qu’on allait régler le problème et nous appeler, finalement personne nous a aidé), pas de draps housse sur le lit mais un drap qui s’enlève toutes les 5 minutes, un lit avec des lattes cassées... !!

Aovoid unless desperate

The only redeeming features are that its inexpensive and the bed comfortable. Bearable, just for one or two nights, in fact I bailed out after 3, having booked 5. The room is tiny with little room for anything other than the bed. The shower and toilet are small and badly designed, the tap is loose and there is mould on the shower cubicle. No option but to live out of your suitcase. Plenty of wifi but NO Internet, repeatedly reported that but they were incapable of fixing it. Rooms not made up and the male receptionist claimed they could not make up rooms or enter then unless with the express permission of the guest.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Large room with an extremely comfortable queen size bed. Two minute walk to beach and a great location for night life and shopping only 5 minutes away.
