Excellent B and B
This was a delightful boutique BandB. For the money we couldn't have expected more. The staff were a delight. Although not speaking much English they were helpful and couldnt do enough for us. Christina who I think is the manager has an excellent understanding of english and was at hand to help with any questions. We found it so easy to get around Brescia and saw all we wanted. They gave us a very detailed area map that we used all during our stay. Iv read some bad reviews about this hotel but in our opinion it meets all the requirements. Its only small and maybe you can hear the noises from the kitchen in the morning but its not horrendous. It was clean and comfortable and you get what you pay for.

3rd visit to see car rally. as always hotel perfect but rather limited on breakfast on first morning!! situation perfect. bedroom change around with suitable beds for 4 men.

Terrible Experience, Terrible WiFi, Quaint Rooms
After multiple delayed flights and missed connections, I finally reach the hotel at 9pm after 18 hours of travel. The reservation confirmation noted they are open until 10pm. I walked from the train station (10 mins if you do it all right) in the cold, quiet night only to find the doors closed. I ring the bell. I wait. I ring the bell. I wait more. I wait further. I ring the bell twice. I wait. I try knocking at the door, maybe the bell doesn't work. I ring the bell. I knock. Without a working phone, I'm standing out there for quite some time in the cold night air. Eventually, an older man answers the door and immediately scolds me for making a ruckus. He keeps me outside quizzing me what I want. I tell him I'm trying to check-in, my phone is not working, I've been traveling since yesterday with a ton of problems and I need WiFi to contact a friend to ensure her I'm okay. He still doesn't let me in. I produce my reservation for him and he says he needs to get his glasses to read it. Then he proceeds to tell me they don't use Orbitz and I am trying to use a fake reservation. I'm exasperated but ensure his hotel name & address are correct. Yes, they are correct, but this is a fake reservation. Fine I say, can I at least get WiFi as I am 90 minutes late for a friend who was expecting me. No, he tells me, WiFi is only for guests and I'm not a guest as they have no business with Orbitz. I can pay him for a real reservation or leave. Eventually OK. WiFi TERRIBLE! Otherwise OK

this hotel is in an idea location within 10 mins walk of the train station its staff are increbily friendly and helpful. the star rating doesnt do it justice. really enjoyed our stay

Un po' di confusione per la gestione del check-in. Appartamento pulito, rinnovato e confortevole situato al secondo piano senza ascensore. Niente colazione, ma è comunque presente una sala da pranzo con cucina attrezzata al piano terra.

Nice room, convenient if you arrive by car
We booked the economy double but they gave as a very large triple room. The room was very clean. The bathroom was clean and modern, but there was no place to put the soap and shampoo in the shower area. There is a very convenient free parking named "Italia" one block from the hotel. It is walking distance to center and next to a shopping mall. Maybe a bit overpriced but there was an event in Brescia while we stayed there.

Personal muy agradable y muy atentos, la habitación y el baño en muy buenas condiciones, prácticamente nuevo. Desayuno muy abundante y bueno. Ubicación excelente cerca de la estación del tren y del centro.

Penosa la colazione,ai minimi termini..... personale estremamente cortese, molto cordiali e disponibili. Altra piccola pecca, le due bottigliette d'acqua previste nella stanza non c'erano e non mi sono state date. Location molto comoda sia alla stazione che al centro storico, ottima per visitare la città a piedi.

Ottima l'accoglienza (personale veramente gentile e disponibile).. ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo(meno di 60euro/notte), buona la pulizia della camera.. non giudicabile la colazione in quanto non usufruita.. ottima posizione a 5 minuti dal centro parcheggio gratuito a 200m pecca l'insonorizzazione della camera in quanto si sentono quasi tutti i rumori delle camere adiacenti e del corridoio..

La posizione è molto buona e la pulizia della camera ottima. Ho alloggiato a dicembre e la camera era fredda. Personale gentile e disponibile. Per un bed&breakfast il prezzo è un po' caro, anche se a Brescia ci sono posti peggiori a prezzi maggiori (purtroppo è una città dove non c'è concorrenza tra hotel).

È un hotel e un b&b? Questo è il dilemma
Non è un hotel e non b&b dipende cosa decidono in quel momento. B&b e camera e colazione in italiano. Che non ti danno perché non è compresa nella tariffa. E li improvvisamente diventa un hotel. Che però non ha un portiere notturno ma ti danno la chiave per entrare da un porta secondaria. Poi chiedi una camera bassa perché arrivi con un bimbo di un 1 anno e te ne danno una al 1 piano senza ascensore. Per giunta fredda con una sorta di riscaldamento.a tutto questo speri di farti una doccia bella calda arriva il top.... L acqua fredda in doccia. Improvvisamente appare una camera a piano terra riscaldata è un bagno degno e riscaldata. Pessima figura da un una struttura che dovrebbe decidere la sua identità per non incorrere in queste pessime figure.

Wir wurden im B&B Hotel mit einem Hitlergruß empfangen. Unser Zimmer war superklein und ungemütlich es entsprach keinesfalls den Bildern im Internet. Keinerlei Ablage im Bad, alles alt und etwas derangiert. Die Dusche ließ sich nicht richtig schließen, in den Bechern war noch Reste vom Vormieter. Der Checkout war grußlos und befremdend. Wir würden diese Übernachtungsmöglichkeit nicht weiter empfehlen :(

Punto forte il personale veramente molto carino. Struttura peró non organizzata. Nella camera non funzionavano le tapparelle, sistemate il giorno dopo. Colazione decisamente essenziale. Contattata la sera prima del soggiorno per un supplemento di prezzo rispetto a quello della prenotazione fatta un mese prima. Mi hanno detto che la prenotazione era stata accettata da una persona che era stata licenziata e che la camera prenotata era troppo piccola...

Un b&abbiamo moderno situato in una zona comoda, tranquilla e vicina a un parcheggio gratuito. Non eccelle in pulizia (trovate a terra lenti a contatto di ospiti precedenti, qualche capello...) e in comfort (letto con materassi piuttosto economici, matrimoniale composto da due singoli con relativa e scomoda separazione centrale...), pareti in cartongesso, porte "leggere" poco insonorizzate. Colazione standard: brioche e qualche pasta confezionata... insomma la potenzialità è ottima ma al momento il rapporto qualità prezzo non è troppo allineato...

Accueil déplorable, quartier sinistre, chambre au 3e sans ascenceur, WIFI censé supposer dans la chambre ne marchant pas. Ne payez ni pour le petit déj (qui ne vaut pas le quart du prix demandé), ni pour le "parking" (une cour intérieure ou les voitures sont l'une derrière l'autre, ce qui est très pratique pour sortir si vous vous êtes garés le premier). Pour le parking, il y en a un gratuit la nuit à 50m, mais ce n'est pas le personnel qui vous le dira...

Bed and Breakfast in der Nähe der Altstadt
Das Zimmer des Bed and Breakfast war modern und sauber. Das Bad neu. In der selben Strasse befindet sich auch ein Parkhaus, was sehr praktisch ist. Es stimmen aber nicht alle Angaben der Beschreibung: Die "Reception" ist nicht rund um die Uhr besetzt. Die Dame sprach nur italienisch. Ich glaube auch nicht, dass es dort grosse Hilfe beim Planen von Touren gibt, denn sie hatten nicht mal einen Stadtplan. Dafür gab es ein einfaches Frühstück incl. Diese Unterkunft ist zu empfehlen für Leute, die wissen, was sie wollen,sich selber informieren oder die Stadt Brescia bereits kennen.
