Staff could not be more friendly and helpful. The resort is gated was great especially if you are traveling with kids, the whole resort felt private and safe. My only complaint, the rooms need updating, couch clearyused alot and cushions are broken down, the television in the living room was extremely small and when you have rainy...
"Great stay! The only hiccups were there was no iron and ironing board and the view from the balcony was just a huge tree, like literally the tree branches were almost on the balcony."

"Pretty good place for the price. The front desk staff was friendly and the room was clean. My only complaint was that there was a strong odor coming from the AC unit."
"me encanto el hotel super limpio , muy bien ubicado, me gusto que la alberca no la cierran temprano , en general me gusto mucho todo, por seguro cuando regrese a Branson voy a regresar a este hotel"
"Arrived after 6p. Check-in was great, very helpful staff. After dropping our stuff in the room, we went to the front desk to book some shows. It was almost 8p, so they called the places to confirm we could get booked for the next day.
Breakfast, nothing to boast about. Actually, they had nothing I was able to eat, (gluten sensitive and pork allergy), and it was the exact same every day. Nothing alternated. Powdered scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, well done sausage links, overcooked tater tots and french toast sticks and oatmeal. Vanilla yogurt, canned peaches and canned mixed fruit of some kind. 4 cereals, no rice krispies or cheerios, (gluten free). Mini muffins tossed in a bowl, coffee, milk, apple and orange juice. NO pastries, (other than the mini muffins); NO breads or bagels; NO cream cheese or peanut butter, but they did have jelly, I assume for the biscuits; NO hard-boiled eggs. If you bring your own bread, there's a toaster available outside the coffee shop.
Our room smelled very musty every time we walked into it. We thought it would go away but never did. Also, it wasn't cleaned and prepped well for the next family. I sat on our cooler and noticed something under the bed. When I looked, it was an empty box from candy and food, (maybe the vacuum pushed it?) There were no cups for coffee or water, we had to get from the front desk. 2 towels, 1 hand towel and a washcloth for 2 people? Just weird. No microwave in room, but there is one in the vending area"
