"It was comfortable as far as bed and amenities. Housekeeping should close the bathroom door and clean behind it and maybe clean the cobwebs around the window!. Overall a good deal for the price tho! And breakfast was good. Friendly staffi too! Light bulb was burned out in the room… easy fix"

"This was the best place we stayed while in Branson. The staff is extra welcoming & nice. Everything in room as expected. Especially enjoyed that the clerk was multi- talented as a barista, bartender and more. Best Irish coffee! A shout out to Collin who took good care of us and we could tell he enjoys his work!"

"I had the lakefront condo. The room was clean and smelled good. The card key door lock was not working 100% of the time. I only went to the coffee shop, it was good quality for a fair price. "

"It is a beautiful resort and we overall enjoyed it but anyone planning on staying there needs to be aware that there is a resort fee and on top of that a parking fee which for Branson was very unexpected since no other place charges Parking fees that I’m aware of, not even the theme park. It is a beautiful resort, but is very difficult to get information on the amenities. If you ask about information, they just tell you to look on the website which also is very ambiguous and not helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay, but only after having to talk to various multiple staff/management. We actually received more information from other customers, who had same concerns, so they told us about things we didn’t know about, and we ended up telling them about things they didn’t know about. I don’t know that we would ever stay there again since it is higher cost than many others in the area, especially since they charge a ridiculous parking fee on top of the resort fee."

"This is a great place and we love coming here. The only downside was that our room had an adjoining room separated by two doors. They really need to add some sound proofing because we could here our neighbors clearly. We had had not had this issue before."
