"Immaculate room. Tasty breakfast served with a smile from Jeanie. Couldn’t get closer to the airport. My only sort of criticism was that we appeared to have to queue at the bar in the evening for a drink which the customers did, but the staff ignored !!!"

"Loved our stay. Great secure parking, striking reception and bar area, wonderful size room, lovely pool area and a fantastic equipped gym. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Small improvements : 2 TVs and the remotes control both so they keep coming on, going off, volume not working spasmodically / can only mirror screen from an android phone. We used 2 cups for tea, left them on side when we went out and the cups were put in the dishwasher by the cleaner but we had to wash them up when we got back as had no other cups to replace them. The usb ports in the plugs didn’t work next to the bed. For a Hilton hotel the pillows were very poor quality. Honestly had a wonderful stay and all those things were small but maybe worth a mention as easily rectified x"

"Love this hotel. Ideal for me as I'm a regular visitor to London for the football, I find this hotel an ideal base being so close to the airport. My wife travels with me and we find everything about this hotel is just right, the staff are super friendly which is the biggest plus of all. If only my team were as accommodating at keeping me happy."

"the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very enjoyable (cereal followed by eggs royal) and the bed was extremely comfortable. nice touch with the added mini screen for the shower curtain to ensure no splashes on the floor, the three downsides, no lift and double set of stairs, the bath, having an overhead shower would have been better with a flat bottom (as in a shower bath) rather than a traditional rolled bottom bath which was quite slippery and, finally, the wardrobe looked very much past its best (more like old utility furniture than antique, but overall a reasonably priced comfortable hotel for a night's sleep"
