Qui però finiscono le buone notizie a causa di un personale inetto, incapace e privo di empatia e di problem resolving che hanno rovinato il nostro soggiorno perché non pulivano le stanze, non rifornivano caffè e acqua, non risolvevano piccoli problemi (asciugacapelli, scarichi del lavandino ).
