"This was our 3rd stay, but this time we were abit disappointed. The bedroom was lovely but the bathroom was a wet room. Everything got wet after a shower. the next person went in the floor and toilet seat was wet. The breakfast was really good and free parking. I will look forward to my next stay but will ask not to have the Cheltenham. "

"Amazing stay! The staff where very attentive and nothing was too much to ask for. The room was huge, perfect for families.. only thing missing was a fridge in the room to keep milk cold for toddler however staff where more than happy to fill my toddlers bottles when needed! Continental buffet was fresh and always topped up when running low and cooked breakfast was made from good fresh produce and the service was quick. This means that while we had a sea view, we also had a skip and scaffolding view It would have been good to know before booking that the two suites I booked for my mother's 80th birthday, required climbing 2 flights of stairs, because the lift serves a different part of the hotel."
