"Great front desk staff. Great lobby, nice pool. The room was clean with the exception of a stain in the carpet. They are pet friendly, but I wish they would've provided an area to take your pet potty, or at least, clean up bags with designated garbage can. We will definitely stay again."

Once a year visit to Kankakee
"At check-in there were two ladies at the front desk, very nice and approachable with conversation. I mentioned the convenience of a pool and how my grand-girls were disappointed because the pool wasn't open in July. One of the ladies mentioned that they would cancel my reservations without an issue but I declined because we had stayed with COMFORT INN previously and enjoyed our stay.
Sunday morning we had a issue with the iron, my husband spoke with housekeeping and she replaced it immediately. The hotel was quiet inside and out."
