"Incredible time at the Fairmont Gold Club Level. Alex, Mandana, Tamara and Jesus made our time there so enjoyable and we felt so welcome. Our personal preference drinks were in the table every morning without being asked. We were greeted morning and evening with big smiles and kind words and genuine interest in our children. ( we were dropping our eldest off for a summer program in Chicago) . Alex had so many great suggestions of things to do near and far as well as phenomenal restaurants..The food was plentiful and delicious. We are extremely happy and will most definitely be back and would like to extend a huge thank you to the wonderful team in the lounge!!! Thank you for being the best!"
