Ramada by Wyndham Oxford
I've stayed at Ramada many times on work trips to Oxford. I advise choosing a room on the upper floor because on the ground floor you may hear stomping around late at night in the room overhead. There are also humming machines in a courtyard outside the ground floor windows - maybe that's the air ...
